More Snow

This is an edited environment.xml file that replaces the file in your map directory. I wanted weather that was more like the Dakotas, which means more snow for longer. It also means colder temps. I also wanted more rain as I like using mud.

So, with this new environment file, what happens is that there is a higher chance of snow during autumn and winter. There is also a chance of snow in spring. It is also more likely to rain in spring time. I've also brought the temp down for spring and autumn, to make it more closely resemble the upper midwest.
