My goal in posting these mods, whether they are conversions, edits, or something new, is just to make the game more enjoyable. I do all of this for myself. It's the stuff I want that makes the game more enjoyable for me, and I believe that maybe others will enjoy them as well, so why not share them.
All the edits I do are on public mods. I try to give credit where credit is due, and I encourage others to check out those modders if you like the mods.
